• The Kayex External Feeder System is a re-charge feeding system that is permanently mounted to the tank cover and isolation valve housing.
• Can be retrofitted to Kayex and Ferrofluidics growers, as well as other brands.
• The standard configuration uses a fixed quartz tube to deliver the silicon material via a controlled flow rate.
• Gate style valve with a purge ring is used to isolate the feeder so the hopper can be re-filled during a growth run.
• Compatible with flowable chips or granular forms of polysilicon.
