Training

Upon request, experienced Kayex field service representatives can be stationed at the facility to assist the customer with optimizing the performance of each Kayex crystal grower.

Maintenance Training

Knowledge and method training is provided to maintain Kayex crystal growers according to factory recommendations. Co-development with customer maintenance team for establishment of a preventative maintenance schedule best suited to specific customer needs and requirements.

Operator Training

Classroom and hands-on courses to provide a better understanding of the skills and knowledge needed to set-up and run a Kayex crystal grower, according to field-proven recommended Kayex techniques.

Installation

Installation by certified Kayex service technicians is recommended and available for all customers to get your crystal growers running at peak performance in the shortest time possible.
